OEM sales for Building Material Industry

Job Title: OEM Sales Executive / Manager
Location: Delhi / NCR
Industry: Particle Board & Plywood / Building Material

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage OEM business in the particle board and plywood segment.
• Build strong relationships with furniture manufacturers, modular kitchen companies, interior contractors, and other OEM partners.
• Achieve sales targets through business development and effective account management.
• Identify new OEM opportunities and expand market presence across Delhi/NCR.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business terms with OEM clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor updates to management.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business / Marketing / Engineering (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in OEM / B2B sales in particle board, plywood, laminates, or allied building material industry.
• Strong network with OEM clients in Delhi / NCR region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
