Position : OEM Onboarding Executive – Sourcing Medical Devices and Surgical

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard credible OEMs (manufacturers and importers) in the medical devices and surgical segment.
• Conduct EquipMedy.com platform presentations to familiarize OEMs with the onboarding process.
• Develop vendor relationships and negotiate commercial terms to build a competitive catalogue.
• Ensure timely documentation, product listing, and content accuracy on the EquipMedy platform.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) for seamless onboarding and go-live.
• Track market trends, competitive pricing online and identify new sourcing categories and opportunities.
• Maintain database of suppliers and regularly update product and price information.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Science, Biomedical Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 2–5 years’ experience in sourcing, vendor management, or B2B onboarding (preferably MedTech / Healthcare).
• Strong understanding of medical devices and surgical product categories.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
