Job Title: Area Sales Manager – IVD, POCT & Radiodiagnosis

Locations

: Multiple Across North India (Bihar / MP / UP / Rajasthan / Chhattisgarh / Jharkhand) Role Type : Individual contributor responsible for covering the entire state initially, while simultaneously driving market expansion and team development. Reports To : Sales Head – Diagnostic Business

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Growth • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for IVD products (instruments, reagents, consumables). • Identify, approach, and convert new customers such as diagnostic labs, hospitals, and pathology centres. • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations. • Collaborate with online and inside sales team to work on the sales leads of the designated area. • Build long-term partnerships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field (MBA preferred).Must have 2–5 years of experience in IVD sales (Hematology, Biochemistry, Immunoassay, Molecular, POCT, etc</strong>.)
