Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Developer to join our dynamic team at Diffrenz Business Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of Odoo ERP development and implementation — from analyzing business requirements to customizing modules and supporting end users. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between functional needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Interact directly with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.

· Perform gap analysis and translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.

· Customize, develop, and enhance Odoo modules and features across various domains.

· Configure and implement Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.

· Provide training and ongoing support to end users.

· Participate in implementation planning, testing, deployment, and go-live support.

· Troubleshoot and resolve both technical and functional issues efficiently.

· Document all customizations and maintain clear technical workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (Community and/or Enterprise editions).

· Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and the Odoo framework.

· In-depth understanding of Odoo business logic and workflows across modules.

· Experience in client communication and business requirement mapping.

· Ability to work independently and deliver quality outcomes under minimal supervision.

· Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

· Experience with deployment platforms such as Odoo.sh or Docker is an added advantage.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

· Basic front-end development skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

· Experience in full lifecycle Odoo ERP implementations.
