About the Role

The Odoo Team Lead is responsible for leading the development, implementation, customization, and maintenance of Odoo ERP modules. The role ensures successful project delivery, acts as a technical mentor for the development team, collaborates across departments, and supports business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Odoo development team.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, customize, and implement Odoo modules.
• Review and optimize code to maintain development standards.
• Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, functional consultants, and clients.
• Prepare technical architecture, workflow diagrams, and solution documentation.
• Oversee module integration, version upgrades, and data migration.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide escalated technical support.
• Ensure quality assurance, testing, and performance optimization.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior developers.
• Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain version control, development guidelines, and deployment process.
• Support demonstrations, UAT cycles, and post-implementation maintenance.
• Evaluate new Odoo features and recommend improvements for business value.
