Odoo Functional Consultant

• Decent expertise in Odoo functionality and workflows, particularly version 14,15 and 16
• Additional languages
• Graduate/PG.
• 2-4 years of work experience.
• Odoo certification is an added advantage.
  

• Ability to interact with customers and create SRS/BRD documents.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proper planning and estimation of project resources and milestones.
• Functional knowledge of all Odoo Apps.
• Fast learning ability and execution skills.
• Excellent planning and communication skills
  

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and business processes to map them properly with Odoo and work as a business consultant and guide.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and gather information from stakeholders.
• Implement and configure the system, follow up with developers, and accompany customers through the delivery cycle.
• Deliver regular project updates, coach customers, and provide training sessions.
• Research and advise on new modules and apps in Odoo to cover specific requirements.
• Understand and document business processes in written and visual form
