Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and map them to Odoo functionalities.
Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, Purchase, Manufacturing, etc.).
Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation projects.
Provide functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Conduct user training and support teams during rollout and adoption.
Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.

Technical Responsibilities

Customize views, forms, and workflows in Odoo Studio or through development.
Develop custom Odoo modules using Python and XML.
Integrate Odoo with external applications (APIs, third-party platforms).
Maintain Odoo server environments and ensure system performance and security.

Project & Support Responsibilities

Gather requirements and convert them into technical/functional specifications.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.
Provide ongoing support, system enhancements, and continuous improvement.
Ensure data integrity and support data migration processes.
