About the Role

We are looking for a talented Odoo Developer with strong technical skills and hands-on experience in customizing and developing Odoo modules. The candidate will work closely with both technical and functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules as per business requirements.
• Create new modules and integrate third-party applications/REST APIs.
• Customize workflows, reports, QWeb templates, and UI components.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing modules.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand requirements.
• Ensure smooth deployment and provide technical support post-implementation.
• Prepare technical documentation for all developed functionalities.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and Odoo Framework.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo ORM, QWeb, XML, and Workflows.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Linux, and Git.
• Ability to create custom modules from scratch.
• Basic understanding of API integration (REST/JSON).
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Odoo.sh or server deployment.
• Knowledge of JavaScript for Odoo UI customization.
• Experience working with Odoo ERP modules like Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
