Odoo Developer

You should have a minimum of 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo modules based on business requirements. Additionally, you will be required to integrate Odoo with other third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. Implementing Odoo ERP modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc. for clients will also be a part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues and participate in code reviews to ensure the quality and performance of the Odoo applications. It is essential to create and maintain technical documentation related to Odoo customizations and integrations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions is crucial. To excel in this role, you must have proficiency in Python and JavaScript programming languages. A strong understanding of Odoo's ORM, workflow, and QWeb templating within the Odoo Framework is necessary. Experience with PostgreSQL database management, front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and XML, as well as version control systems like Git is also required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are also vital for success in this position.
