Ecosystem Intelligence & Data Management • Establish and maintain a comprehensive vendor intelligence system, integrating data from multiple sources to inform decision-making. • Utilize advanced analytics and AI tools to assess vendor capabilities, risks, and performance, supporting strategic sourcing and partnership decisions. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ecosystem platform, enabling reliable insights and reporting. 3. Risk Governance & Compliance Oversight • Implement robust risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships and ecosystem operations. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, conducting regular audits and assessments to uphold governance requirements. • Develop contingency plans and fallback strategies to maintain operational continuity in the face of vendor disruptions or failures. 4.
