We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. Role Overview As an Occupational Therapist at Soulkrafts, you will work with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other special needs. Your focus will be on enhancing their ability to perform daily activities and succeed in academic and social settings through therapeutic intervention. Key Responsibilities Assess students' sensory, motor, and cognitive development. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to integrate therapy into classroom routines. Use play-based and functional approaches to engage children. Maintain accurate records and progress reports. Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meetings and school reviews. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. Valid license or registration as per local/state regulatory requirements. Minimum 1 year of experience working with children (preferred). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Empathy, creativity, and a child-centered approach. Why Join Us?
