Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement therapy sessions for individuals or groups, focusing on rehabilitation and therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities include working with pediatric clients, tailoring therapy to individual needs, documenting progress, collaborating with other professionals, and supporting students to improve their physical, emotional, and social well-being within the educational setting.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Occupational Therapy, including planning and implementing effective therapeutic interventions
• Knowledge of Rehabilitation and basic understanding of Medicine to address a variety of developmental and physical needs
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with students, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
• Experience working with Pediatrics, including adapting therapy to suit the developmental needs of children
• Relevant certifications, licensure, or a degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• Ability to work compassionately and empathetically with individuals of varying abilities
• Prior experience in an educational or rehabilitation setting is a plus
