As a Manager at Profinch, you will be responsible for the following: - Demonstrating expertise in managing large-scale digital transformation programs. - Overseeing the strategic plan and making necessary adaptations as required. - Developing project plans and ensuring their successful implementation. - Maintaining project objectives and monitoring production and quality standards in alignment with customer, stakeholder, and sponsor requirements. - Identifying and resolving issues and risks that may arise during the project lifecycle. - Providing regular reports on project progress, along with proposing viable solutions and opportunities as they emerge. - Implementing effective change management practices and ensuring resources are managed efficiently to maintain project schedules. - Engaging in portfolio management activities to align projects with organizational objectives. - Leading meetings and setting clear expectations for the project team. - Managing project budgets effectively. - Providing comprehensive reporting on individual projects and overall portfolios.
