OBDX Project Manager

As a Manager at Profinch, a leading fintech company specializing in offering technology solutions for banks, you will play a crucial role in managing large scale digital transformation programs. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the strategic plan, creating project plans, and maintaining project objectives to ensure production and quality meet customer/stakeholder/sponsor standards. Key Responsibilities: - Experience of managing large scale digital transformation programs. - Oversees strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed. - Creates project plans and maintains project objectives. - Monitors production and quality to customer/stakeholder/sponsor standards. - Identifies and resolves issues and risks. - Reports on project progress, offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise. - Implements change practices and manages resources to ensure the schedule is on track. - Portfolio management and leading meetings to set expectations for the project team. - Maintaining the budget and reporting on projects and portfolios. Qualifications Required: - Experience in managing large scale digital transformation programs. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Proven ability to oversee strategic plans and adapt as needed. - Excellent project management skills with a focus on maintaining project objectives. - Ability to identify and resolve issues and risks effectively. - Experience in implementing change practices and managing resources efficiently.
