Job Description

1. Proper Job Description OAS Admin -The Administrator will be responsible for maintaining existing and future Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OAS 5.5 and higher) environments. This includes installation, applying patches to fix bugs, adding new functionality and features, Installation, Migration and Monitor, Proficient in Linux/Unix Commands, Good Understanding of OBIEE Architecture 2. Primary Skills in 5 liners that manager cannot negotiate on Mandatory Having Minimum 7+ years of Experience in OBIEE Administration Activities. Experienced in Installation, Configuration, Migration, Administration, Tuning, Diagnose, Monitor and Upgrade OBIEE/Oracle BI Apps (OBIEE, Informatica, DAC). Having exp in OAC is an added advantage Implementation experience with high availability architecture for OBIEE, code migrations, applying patches, setup and maintain folders and user administration Familiar with OBIEE RPD deployments, Catalog Migrations and Backup of environments. Experience in creating Application Roles, Groups and users in High Available environments Experience in providing day to day support of data warehouse BI environments (Development, Test/UAT, Production) and must have experience in Linux based environments Experience in integrating OBIEE with LDAP,External DB or other directory servers and configuration of Single Sign on (SSO) Experience in fixing the OBIEE development issues with reports / dashboards Experience in performance tuning of OBIEE at application, server or database level Conduct Root Cause Analysis on outages, redundant and frequently recurring issues in any of the OBIEE Servers Works with Oracle Support and SRs in case of any issues which required respective help form Oracle Support Proficiency in working on Linux/Unix and Windows system Experience in SSL configuration and renewal of SSL certificates Experience in debugging log files and good understanding on configuration files Soft Skills Flexible, ready to stretch Creativity, Personal Drive, Influencing and Negotiating, Problem Solving Teamwork, building Effective Relationships, Customer Focus, Effective Communication 3. Location and Flexible locations Bangalore/Mumbai/other places can be considered for good candidates. 4. Level of experience 7+ Years
