Role Overview: As a SharePoint / Messaging O365 Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering various aspects of SharePoint and O365 services. Your responsibilities will include migrating mailboxes, creating user accounts, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with vendor teams, and ensuring the smooth functioning of communication platforms like Skype for Business, Teams, and Yammer. Additionally, you will be involved in synchronizing O365 with Active Directory, creating mail relays, and contributing to the delivery of IT solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Migrate mailboxes from Microsoft Exchange and other proprietary products - Create and manage user accounts, roles, delegation, backup, and restore in O365 - Administer and manage SharePoint - Log tickets and collaborate with vendor teams to troubleshoot issues - Migrate accounts between tenants - Purchase and manage accounts with various service levels - Manage and troubleshoot issues on the organization's SharePoint account - Work on communication platforms such as Skype for Business, Teams, and Yammer - Synchronize O365 with the organization's Active Directory and MS Azure AD Sync - Create mail relay for various applications within the organization - Take ownership of activities and deliver them end-to-end - Collaborate with teams and work independently on various issues - Represent Enterprise Architecture and closely work with Business Analysts, Technical Leads, Project Managers, and other stakeholders - Contribute to the delivery of IT solutions targeting or interfacing with enterprise SharePoint / SharePoint Online platforms - Apply architectural acceptance criteria to functional and non-functional requirements - Produce artifacts describing the logical and physical design of IT solutions scaled for the enterprise - Develop and apply application architecture methodologies, standards, and leading practices - Review business requirements and translate them into a technical delivery plan - Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and analyze their capabilities and potential impact on the architectural landscape - Research and develop patterns and standards, enforce technology evaluation Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in managing SharePoint and O365 services - Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange and proprietary products - Proficiency in troubleshooting and collaborating with vendor teams - Familiarity with Active Directory and MS Azure AD Sync - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams - Knowledge of communication platforms like Skype for Business, Teams, and Yammer - Ability to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans - Awareness of new and emerging technologies in the IT landscape,
