O365 Exchange Administrator

RoleWe are urgently hiring an O365 Exchange Administrator with strong Azure expertise for an onsite role. The candidate must have hands-on Exchange Online, Proofpoint, Azure cloud, and automation experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage & optimize Exchange Online environments (mail flow, transport rules, retention policies).Handle mailbox migrations and provide tier-3 support for messaging issues.Configure & administer Proofpoint (PPS, PoD, SER, TAP, URL Defense, DLP).Generate & analyze Proofpoint security reports and optimize configurations.Implement & maintain Azure AD, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA.Design & manage Azure networking, monitoring, backup & DR solutions.Enforce security best practices and compliance standards (HIPAA, PCI, GDPR).Perform security reviews, vulnerability management & documentation.Automate administration with PowerShell scripting.Develop & maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/Ansible.Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.Provide expert consulting and lead knowledge transfer sessions.Mentor team members and share best practices.Ensure high availability, scalability & reliability of O365 workloads.Maintain technical documentation and detailed runbooks.Mandatory SkillsExchange Online Administration (5+ yrs)Azure Cloud Services (AD, Networking, Entra ID)Proofpoint Security Solutions (35 yrs)PowerShell ScriptingInfrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible)Deep knowledge of DNS, SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARCPreferred CertificationsMicrosoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Security, Compliance & Identity FundamentalsImmediate RequirementCandidates must be immediately available for onsite work at Hyderabad, Indore, or Ahmedabad.
