Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an O2C (Order-to-Cash) Accounts Receivable Specialist. The role involves processing invoices, managing debt collections, maintaining accurate financial records, and analyzing account receivables. The specialist will ensure timely communication with clients regarding payments, resolve discrepancies effectively, and assist in improving collection strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Finance and Invoicing processes
• Proficiency in Debt Collection techniques and strategies
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and receivables
• Strong Communication skills to handle client interactions and resolve issues
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) systems, particularly in accounts receivable
