NX CAD Support Specialist (Immediate Joiner)

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in Siemens NX CAD and Teamcenter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in NX mechanical design, particularly with the NX Modeling and Drafting modules, and should be capable of addressing complex issues independently. This role will involve working closely with our design and IT teams to ensure seamless support and system integration.

Responsibilities

** NX CAD Support:

• Independently process and resolve NX incident tickets, including complex user queries.
• Provide expert support for NX modules, including Modeling, Drafting, Sheet Metal, and Mechanical Routing.
• Empower end users by providing clear, solution-oriented documentation for recurring issues.
• Create, update, and maintain solution documentation, workflows, and user manuals.

** Teamcenter & System Integration:

• Collaborate with IT and design teams to ensure proper functioning of NX,
• Assist in updating NX, Teamcenter, Active Workspace, and associated systems.

** User Enablement & Collaboration:

• Serve as the primary contact for complex NX CAD-related problems; escalate unresolved issues to third-level support when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address first- and second-level issues.

** Additional Tools & Technologies:

• Work with tools like Process Simulate, SolidWorks Composer, and other associated software.

Qualifications

** Technical Expertise:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with NX CAD and Teamcenter in a mechanical design context.
• Proficiency in NX modules, including Modeling, Drafting, Sheet Metal, and Mechanical Routing.
• Familiarity with additional NX applications such as Product Template and Machine-Based Definition is advantageous.

** Problem-Solving & Documentation:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to independently solve complex user issues.
• Experience in creating detailed solution documentation and guiding users through processes.

** Collaboration & Communication:

• Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and design departments.

** Additional Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of NX-Open, PowerShell, and Process Simulate is beneficial.
• Experience in managing software updates and supporting system integrations is beneficial.
