Internship Responsibilities

Client Communication:

• Interact confidently with clients in India and abroad.

• Must have

  fluent English

  communication skills (verbal & written).

Nutrition Support:

• Assist in preparing customized diet plans

  under the guidance of our Nutrition Coach.
• Ensure plans are practical, client-friendly, and scientifically sound.

Fitness & Exercise Support:

• Have a working understanding of exercise science

  (form, techniques, and muscle groups).
• Provide guidance and support to clients on correct techniques (under supervision).

Client Empathy & Care:

• Understand client struggles and provide supportive, empathetic solutions.

• Focus on

  practical implementation

  of nutrition and fitness knowledge, not just bookish theory.

Professional Conduct:

• Adhere to company guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality of client data and resources.

• No misuse of client information or poaching for personal benefit

  – violation will lead to immediate termination and legal action.

Requirements

• Graduate or final-year student in

  Nutrition, Dietetics, Fitness Science, or related fields

  (freshers welcome).
• Strong interest in nutrition, fitness, and helping people achieve their health goals.
• Empathetic, proactive, and eager to learn.

Stipend & Opportunity

• Stipend:

  ₹5,000 – ₹7,000/month

  (based on skill & fit).
• Duration:

  3 months

  internship.

• Full-time role opportunity

  after successful completion of internship (based on performance).
