Job Title: Nurse Tutor Location: Kadavanthra, Kochi Job Type: Contract Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month Application Deadline: 30th May 2025 About the Role: The Good Care People Institute is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nurse Tutor to join our training team in Kadavanthra. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and structured training sessions based on our Health Care Assistant curriculum. Guide and assess students in both theoretical and practical learning. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and evaluation tools. Support the development of students’ knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes. Provide academic feedback and mentoring to learners. Participate in periodic curriculum updates and internal training workshops. Maintain training documentation and records in compliance with institute standards. Qualifications & Experience: Any certified nursing qualification (GNM, BSc Nursing, or equivalent). Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage, but enthusiastic freshers are encouraged to apply . Preferred Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills. Confidence in managing small groups or classroom settings. Passion for teaching and the ability to simplify complex topics. Basic computer literacy for online content delivery and reporting. Work Environment: Hybrid role involving office-based teaching in Kadavanthra and remote training sessions . Supportive academic environment with training resources and mentoring provided.
