NURSING SUPERVISOR

As a Nursing Supervisor at the healthcare facility located in Perintalmanna, you will oversee and guide the work of registered nurses (RNs), certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and other healthcare staff. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring staff compliance with care protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements - Providing regular feedback, mentorship, and training to enhance staff competencies - Collaborating with the medical team to develop tailored patient care plans - Monitoring patient progress, conducting assessments, and coordinating care adjustments based on assessments Your role will involve providing training and orientation to new nursing staff, offering ongoing educational opportunities, and educating patients and families about managing chronic conditions and self-care techniques. Quality assurance and compliance are key aspects of your responsibilities, including conducting audits, reviewing patient documentation, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. You will oversee patient care transitions, emergency response, and crisis management, ensuring smooth continuity of care, preventing gaps in treatment, and stabilizing patients in acute conditions. Facilitating effective communication within the interdisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring accurate documentation, and evaluating nursing staff performance are also important responsibilities. In addition to clinical duties, you will manage staffing levels, patient care equipment, and supplies, while ensuring cost-effective care delivery. As a patient advocate, you will ensure patients" rights and preferences are respected, facilitate communication, and participate in professional development activities. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The schedule is a day shift, and the work location is in person.
