- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations - Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care and operational efficiency - Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff, providing training and support to foster professional growth and development - Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and improve service delivery - Manage staffing schedules, assignments, and resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage and patient care - Monitor and manage department budgets, resources, and equipment to maintain cost-effectiveness and efficiency - Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and protocols, conducting regular audits and risk assessments - Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to align nursing practices with the organization's goals

Required Qualifications
