Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mayiladuturai for a Nursing Superintendent. The Nursing Superintendent will oversee day-to-day nursing operations, ensure adherence to healthcare protocols, and manage the nursing staff. Responsibilities include supervising patient care, maintaining compliance with hospital policies, implementing training programs, and providing leadership for the nursing team. The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a high standard of medical care and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Management skills to guide and oversee nursing staff effectively
• Strong knowledge of Hospital Protocols, Patient Care Standards, and Quality Assurance
• Excellent Training and Mentoring skills to foster team development
• Strong Communication and Coordination skills to work with interdisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in Compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies
• Ability to handle Emergency Situations and ensure effective decision-making
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing is required; additional certification in hospital management or administration is a plus
• Previous experience in supervisory roles within the healthcare industry preferred
