Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Panchkula for a Nursing or Operation Theatre Technology Tutor. The tutor will be responsible for delivering lectures, guiding students through practical sessions, developing curriculum and educational materials, grading assignments, and providing academic counseling. Additionally, the tutor will stay updated with industry developments to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective.

Qualifications

• Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Nursing or Operation Theatre Technology
• Teaching Skills: Experience in delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, and developing curriculum
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Assessment Skills: Ability to grade assignments, provide feedback, and offer academic counseling
• Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated with industry developments and incorporate them into the curriculum
• Relevant Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Operation Theatre Technology, or a related field. Teaching certification is a plus
• Experience: Previous teaching experience in healthcare education is beneficial
