Geetai hospital is a chain of hospitals in Amravati city, which includes Nursing hospital, Urology hospital and cancer hospital and a multispeciality hospital.

We need trained staff for our 120 bed hospital (90 beds for Oncology & 30 beds for Gynacology).

Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Nursing Officer located in Amravati. The Nursing Officer will be responsible for overseeing patient care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations. Day-to-day tasks include assessing patient needs, developing nursing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Additionally, the Nursing Officer will be responsible for maintaining patient records, providing training and support to nursing staff, and ensuring a high standard of patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment and care planning
• Experience in healthcare team management and staff training
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial nursing role is a plus
