Location: Lux Hospitals, Near IKEA, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift (with occasional rotational oversight if required)

About the Role

Lux Hospitals is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Incharge to oversee nursing operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of patient care. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader with excellent clinical knowledge, administrative skills, and the ability to train and motivate nursing staff in alignment with hospital policies and NABH standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage nursing staff across all departments and shifts.
• Ensure quality patient care by monitoring nursing services, protocols, and compliance.
• Prepare and manage duty rosters, shift allocations, and staff scheduling.
• Conduct regular training sessions, performance reviews, and feedback for nurses.
• Monitor patient safety, infection control, and adherence to NABH standards.
• Coordinate with doctors, administration, and other hospital departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle patient complaints or escalations related to nursing care.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting for nursing operations.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/incharge role.
• Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing (Registered with State Nursing Council).
• Skills: Strong leadership, staff management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Languages: Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Location: Candidates residing in or around Gachibowli, Hyderabad are preferred.
