Nursing Head

As a Nursing Head at Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre, you will be responsible for overseeing all nursing services within the hospital or specialized center. Your main duties will include: - Ensuring patient safety by adhering to infection control protocols, medication administration, and storage procedures, especially during emergencies. - Managing the ward by ensuring the availability of supplies and inventory management in the absence of the nursing incharge. - Conducting regular rounds in the hospital to observe the quality of patient care, address issues, and ensure effective nursing services are being provided. - Documenting patient care services by charting in-patient and department records. - Regularly meeting with clinical heads to discuss patient care issues, resolve problems, and optimize service delivery. **Qualifications Required:** - B.Sc Nursing or GNM - Minimum of 5 years of experience If you are looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your nursing expertise and leadership skills, this position at Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre could be the perfect fit for you.
