Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Nursing Abroad Counsellor to join our Study Abroad vertical. The role involves counselling nurses and nursing students on international courses, licensing pathways, and career opportunities abroad, while ensuring they receive end-to-end guidance on admission, documentation, and placement processes.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct counselling sessions with nursing aspirants and guide them on study/career opportunities abroad.

● Explain eligibility, admission processes, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams.

● Assist students with applications, documentation, and compliance requirements.

● Ensure conversion of enquiries into successful enrolments.

● Collaborate with internal teams for admissions, operations, and marketing.

● Maintain student records, follow-ups, and counselling reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● Graduate / Postgraduate (Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or related field preferred).

● 1–3 years of counseling experience in education abroad, healthcare, or recruitment.

● Strong understanding of nursing abroad pathways.

● Excellent communication (English + local language) and interpersonal skills.

● Target-driven with strong sales and conversion orientation.

● Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools. KRA & KPI

● Own the sales funnel for Nursing Abroad vertical.

● Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

● Maintain a high counselling-to-conversion ratio.

● Ensure timely follow-ups and CRM hygiene.

● Support students through an end-to-end process with high satisfaction scores.
