Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Teacher for our Udupi location within the Podar Education Network. This full-time position at a junior level requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves nurturing young minds in a supportive and enriching environment, ensuring that children have a strong foundational education in their formative years. Candidates must be passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in early childhood education, ensuring all activities and lessons are age-appropriate and effective (Mandatory skill).
• Advanced classroom management skills, capable of maintaining a conducive and disciplined learning environment (Mandatory skill).
• Deep understanding of child development to tailor teaching strategies effectively and support individual growth (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in lesson planning that aligns with curriculum goals and addresses the diverse learning needs of young children.
• Strong skills in parental communication to effectively engage with parents and address their concerns to support each child's learning journey.
