Job Description

As a New to Bank Acquisition Officer, your role involves acquiring NRI Customers through assigned branches. You are expected to have an excellent command of product and processes knowledge along with numerical and analytical skills to calculate returns, yields, EMI, etc., on products for customers. Your written and oral communication skills should be top-notch. It is crucial for you to adhere to Bank policies and guidelines, such as KYC and AML. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new and expand existing NRI customer relationships for liabilities and across a range of bank product offerings. - Cross-sell all Third-party products. - Develop databases for lead generation and identify market segments. - Build personal relationships with clients through relationship calling, emailing efforts, and social interaction. - Ensure the activation of customers by maintaining required balances and starting transactions in their accounts (within M1 & Q1). - Aim for 80% of customers to maintain specified AQB and achieve a 75% penetration of Direct Banking Channels. - Drive RAR contest through NR focus branches. Qualifications Required: - NRI Sales experience is a must. - Candidates based out of Hyderabad will be preferred. Note: No additional details about the company are mentioned in the job description.
