Roles and Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development:

   Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for various life insurance products (e.g., term plans, ULIPs) by contacting prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and chat.

• Client Relationship Management:

   Building and nurturing strong professional relationships with clients virtually, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Needs Analysis and Education:

   Engaging in meaningful conversations with leads to understand their insurance needs, educate them on policy features and benefits, and recommend suitable solutions.

• Lead Management:

   Following up with interested leads, overcoming objections to close sales, and managing leads generated from sources like the bank's customer base or the company's call center teams.

• Process and Compliance:

   Utilizing digital communication platforms and adhering to digital sales management processes, which may include e-KYC and e-signing, while ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Internal Collaboration:

   Collaborating with internal teams and channel partners.

• Education:

   A graduate degree in any discipline is typically required.

• Experience:

   Generally, candidates need 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector or a contact center selling financial products.

• Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to conduct virtual meetings and webinars effectively.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication platforms and CRM tools.
  • Good understanding of life insurance products, financial planning, and investment strategies.
