Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Sales Person to drive the adoption of Invoice by Petpooja , Payroll by Petpooja, Task by Petpooja, and Purchase by Petpooja across multiple sectors like retail, salons, and grocery stores & many more. This role involves lead generation, client onboarding, and relationship management through field visits and demos.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Two-Wheeler along with Driving License
  • Laptop for Client Demo

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Petpooja Retail POS (Invoice by Petpooja) along with Payroll, Task, and Purchase Apps across horizontal markets beyond the F&B industry (e.g., retail, salons, grocery stores).
  • Actively generate sales leads from the market, approach B2C businesses, and onboard them with Petpooja solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners; provide market insights and offer relevant solutions to enhance their operations.
  • Sign contracts with new clients, handle inbound inquiries, and support existing clients by conducting promotional and marketing activities to expand the customer base.
  • Manage sales operations including administrative tasks, performance reporting, process optimization, and sharing insights with senior management to strengthen client relationships and improve customer service.
  • Strategize and execute plans to achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets, including daily visit and demo count goals.
  • Confidently handle client interactions on the field as the first point of contact and effectively communicate Petpoojas offerings and value proposition.
  • Represent Petpooja’s brand values in the market and uphold its reputation through professionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity.

Additional Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferable.
  • Professional experience of 1-3 years in Sales.

  • Presentability is required
  • Fluent in communication
