Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:

Interpretation of production drawing
Knowledge on handling the measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc,
Conduct thorough inspection of first-off or prototype components, utilizing engineering drawings, and inspection plans.
Validate dimensions, features, and specifications using appropriate measuring instruments.
Shop floor inspection Verification & follow up setup approval.
Ensure compliance with all applicable aerospace standards and internal quality requirements.
Document and maintain accurate records of inspections, including inspection reports, observations, and any non-conformances.
Generate First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and support production part approval processes (PPAP) as required.
Support root cause analysis for defects and collaborate on corrective action implementation to ensure continuous improvement.
Should have the basic knowledge on CMM and VMS.
