Role Overview

Senior NPD (New Product Development) Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPD projects (from brief to dispatch) across formats like

  capsules, tablets, gummies, powders, creams, and gels.

• Review client PRS and develop

  product rationales

  , formulations, and feasibility notes aligned with technical and commercial goals.
• Guide and mentor formulation scientists and analysts.
  
• Ensure

  stability studies, QC/QA parameters, and documentation

  (PRS, rationale, master formula, COA, BMR/BPR) meet internal and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate closely with the

  procurement, QC, production, and BD

  teams to ensure on-time, first-time-right delivery.
• Drive process innovation and knowledge sharing within the team.
  
• Liaise with clients for feedback, updates, and product approvals.
  
• Oversee trials and technology transfers to production lines.
  
• Ensure NPD adherence to

  FSSAI, AYUSH, CDSCO, and USFDA guidelines

Who You Are

• 815 years of experience in

  NPD, Formulation Development, or R&D

  in Nutraceuticals / Cosmetics / Pharma.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Life Sciences (M.Pharm / M.Sc preferred).
  
• Proven track record of launching innovative formulations or scaling lab-to-plant products.
  
• Strong understanding of regulatory documentation and GMP systems.
  
• Hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, building systems, and mentoring teams.
  
• Excited to work in a
