Job Summary Business Development Lead (Leumas) Leumas (Fermedicius Labs Pvt Ltd) is reimagining process manufacturing through modular, autonomous, and AI-driven micro-factories that enable wellness and pharma brands to launch, scale, and localize products faster, cheaper, and smarter. Were looking for a Business Development Lead who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment someone whos driven by impact, curiosity, and hustle, not by hierarchy or comfort zones. This isnt a corporate sales role. It’s a hands-on growth role where you’ll learn how futuristic factories are built, help brands manufacture products of the future, and directly contribute to shaping how the world makes health and wellness products. You’ll work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams across NPD, Engineering, and Customer Success to identify, close, and onboard clients under Leumas’ Manufacturing-as-a-Service (MaaS) and Dedicated Factory (FaaS) models. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential brands in nutraceuticals, cosmetics, and wellness categories. Understand client requirements deeply and translate them into feasible manufacturing solutions. Collaborate with NPD, Engineering, and QA/QC teams to co-create client proposals and product roadmaps. Drive client meetings, demos, and factory visits with founders and subject experts. Own the sales pipeline — from outreach to contract closure — and track key growth metrics. Support the creation of pitch decks, pricing models, and investor-grade business materials. Represent Leumas at events, exhibitions, and client discussions with a sense of ownership and confidence. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in business development, strategy, or client management (preferably in wellness, pharma, nutraceutical, or tech-driven manufacturing). Strong analytical and communication skills — able to simplify complex tech and explain it clearly. Hustler mindset — self-motivated, curious, and biased towards execution. Comfortable wearing multiple hats — from pitching and pricing to follow-ups and reporting. Ability to work closely with founders in a high-intensity, high-ownership culture. Why Join Leumas You’ll work on the frontlines of deep-tech manufacturing , not traditional sales. You’ll learn how robotic factories and AI-driven systems are transforming global production. You’ll grow in an environment that values speed, learning, and problem-solving over titles and seniority. You’ll build partnerships with some of India’s most exciting wellness and pharma brands. You’ll be part of a high-growth environment with immense career growth opportunities — where performance is visible, impact is direct, and growth is rapid.
