As the NPD Manager for Food & Beverages at Vitaliz Biosciences, your role involves leading the development of innovative food and beverage products, ensuring they meet consumer preferences, nutritional needs, and market trends. You will be responsible for driving the process from concept to commercialization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and incorporating culinary creativity into product development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end development of new food and beverage products, focusing on culinary creativity and technical feasibility. - Drive innovation by incorporating current food trends and flavors into product formulations. - Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing teams to balance culinary excellence, cost-efficiency, and scalability. - Develop recipes, source quality ingredients, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Conduct market research, gather consumer insights, and monitor culinary trends. - Ensure product safety, quality control, and compliance with industry standards. - Collaborate on packaging design to support the culinary vision and brand identity. - Manage multiple projects, report on progress to senior leadership, and make cross-functional decisions. **Qualifications Required:** - Master's degree / Ph.D in Food Science, Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience in food product development. - Strong understanding of food formulation, nutrition, and ingredient functionality. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
