NPD Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented NPD Executive to support and coordinate the end-to-end process of new product development. The role involves regular interaction with vendors, price analysis, monitoring product development status, and ensuring timely product line-up and market readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Coordination:

Liaise with existing and new vendors for product samples, development updates, technical details, and approvals. Maintain clear communication to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Pricing of Products:

Collect and compare pricing from various vendors, negotiate where needed, and prepare pricing sheets for management review. Ensure product costs align with internal budget expectations.

• Product Status Monitoring:

Track the development status of each product from concept to final sample. Maintain detailed status reports and flag any delays or quality concerns for quick resolution.

• Product Line-Up & Planning:

Assist in preparing product line-ups for seasonal launches or ongoing collections. Coordinate with design, marketing, and inventory teams to ensure smooth integration into the product portfolio.

• Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain updated records of all communication, samples, pricing data, approvals, and timelines. Share regular progress reports with the NPD team and senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Merchandising, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product development, sourcing, or merchandising (preferred).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,040.80 - ₹25,669.23 per month
