Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Intern to join our Research & Development team. The intern will assist in conducting experiments, analyzing data, supporting innovation projects, and contributing to the development of new products, processes, or technologies. Key Responsibilities Support ongoing R&D projects through research, documentation, and technical analysis Assist in setting up and conducting laboratory or field experiments (if applicable) Collect, compile, and analyze data from experiments and trials Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal reviews Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Quality Control, and Manufacturing Stay updated with relevant scientific or technological advancements Maintain proper records of findings, materials, and procedures Eligibility Criteria Completed a Bachelor' degree in [e.g.,Cosmetics , Powder chemist ,skincare) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of R&D concepts and techniques Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,486.19 - ₹20,822.85 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
