Overview:

Mascot Spincontrol is looking for a motivated and curious R&D Intern to support our Research & Development team in the formulation and testing of hair and skin care products. This internship provides hands-on exposure to product development, raw material evaluation, laboratory testing, and regulatory requirements within the cosmetic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulation development for hair and skin care products under supervision.
• Support in raw material evaluation, documentation, and basic research.
• Participate in stability testing, sample preparation, and lab analysis.
• Help maintain laboratory equipment, samples, records, and formulation data sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection, sample dispatch, and testing requirements.
• Support in compiling documentation, test results, and regulatory-related information.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols in the laboratory.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Strong interest in cosmetic formulation, product testing, and R&D.
• Basic knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation concepts, or laboratory practices (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
