Research & Development Executive Hair & Skin Products Company Name: Mascot Spincontrol Pvt. Ltd Location: Prabhadevi/Worli, Mumbai Experience: 1 to 3 years Key Responsibilities: · Formulation Development: Design, develop and optimize cosmetic formulation. · Raw Material Selection: Source, evaluate and recommend raw materials ensuring equality, safety and regulatory compliance. · Product Testing: Conduct stability testing to ensure product compliance with industry standards · Regulatory compliance: Ensure adherence to global cosmetic regulations like FDA, EU, ASEAN. · Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and third-party manufacturers. · Documentation: Maintain accurate records of formulation, testing and product data Requirements: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in cosmetic science, chemistry, or a related field. · 1-3 years of experience in R&D, formulation, or product development in the cosmetic industry · Knowledge of tech transfer processes. · Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. · Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and stability testing.
