NPD Engineer

Timings- 8.30am to 7pm

Experience- 2 to 5 years

· Lead and manage the development of new products, ensuring they meet customer requirements and company standards.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, quality, and supply chain to bring new products to market.

· Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and design reviews.

· Create and review engineering drawings, specifications, and 3D models using CAD software.

· Perform simulations and analyses to validate designs and ensure manufacturability.

· Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for NPD projects.

· Track project progress, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

· Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth transition from development to manufacturing.

· Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

· Implement and maintain quality control processes for new products.

· Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for any product issues.

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

Pay: ₹9,747.59 - ₹40,266.13 per month
