NPD AND PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

Sri Krish Automation is seeking an experienced and technically sound NPD Manager to lead the New Product Development process and feasibility analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end new product development from customer RFQ to sample approval.
• Study component drawings and prepare feasibility reports.
• Develop cost estimates based on material, process, and tooling requirements.
• Work with production, quality, and design teams to ensure successful first-time-right sample development.
• Ensure timely delivery of samples and documentation as per customer requirements.
• Maintain records of all development activities including costing sheets.
• Support continual improvement of development processes and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in NPD .
• Strong knowledge design, modeling software (like AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical, planning, and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with APQP/PPAP processes is an added advantage.
