Job Description

Key Responsibilities

P&L Ownership
for the entire North zone across all GT & MT sales.
Build, manage, and motivate a large field force ASMs, TSMs, SOs across states.
Design and implement regional
GT/MT sales strategy
– focus on reach, revenue, outlet productivity, and ROI.
Ensure distributor network health and channel partner alignment across the zone.
Collaborate with key MT chains and regional buyers; manage MT operations, BTL planning, and execution.
Execute trade marketing plans, secondary schemes, and new product launches.
Monitor region-wise performance and conduct regular business reviews.
Ensure regional forecasting, inventory planning, and coordination with SCM.

What We Want (Candidate Profile)

Experience
: 12–18 years in FMCG sales; must have handled both
General Trade
and
Modern Trade
channels.
Geography
: Mandatory prior experience in managing
entire North India
.
Category
: Preferred exposure to Food, Beverages, Condiments, or similar CPG categories.
Leadership
: Proven experience in leading multi-layered teams across multiple states.
Channel Strategy
: Deep understanding of GT/MT channel dynamics, RTM models, and outlet-level activation.
Process Orientation
: Strong in reporting, tracking KPIs, and using tools like Salesforce, Power BI, etc.
Education
: MBA/PGDM preferred.
