We are currently hiring for the position of Citizen Service Executive at the Passport Seva Kendras located in Hyderabad and Vishakhapatnam.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Data Processing or Data Entry roles.
• Educational qualifications accepted: BA, BBA, BBM, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in handling customers with excellent customer service abilities.
• Fluency in English and the regional language is required.
• Computer literate with good typing speed and accuracy.
• Only candidates who have completed full-time courses will be considered.
• Total gap in education or employment should not exceed 2 years.
• Note: Candidates who have appeared for any TCS interview in the last 6 months are requested not to apply.
• This position is non-technical; hence, candidates from technical streams such as BE, B.Tech, M.Tech, and MCA are not eligible.
