Understanding Regulatory Compliance and Banking Operations is crucial, along with strong Sales and Communication skills. Your capability to work both independently and as a team player will be highly valued. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in the banking sector, particularly in NRI services, would be advantageous.
