To create & maintain a sustainable portfolio in line with underwriting policy of the company for Property/ Engineering /Marine /Misc LOB for retail and SME channel

experience: 5+ years

• To underwrite independently commercial lines products (Property & Engineering/ Marine / Misc LOB ) for retails/SME channel.
• Responsible for preparing quotations in full adherence to approved guidelines and policies of the company.
• Acknowledge, review all incoming quote requests and provide quotes in strict adherence to timelines for submitting quotes and follow-up
• Responsible for maintaining profitable bottom-line
• To assist Senior Management in preparation of Data and Various MIS
• System/Product Development
• Claims Review, Branch Audit, adherence to UW authority in terms of discounts/ SI/ Products , profitability analysis, MIS maintenance, preparation of dash boards etc
• Maintain good relationship with Internal Customers:- Sales Team, Ops Team, Claims Team as well as External Customers and channel partners
