Position Description

You are the calm voice in a moment of urgency. As a Claims Associate – DD/DV, you ensure customers receive seamless, empathetic, and knowledgeable support throughout their health claims journey. Whether it’s decoding policy terms or guiding them through the documentation maze, you help people feel heard, assured, and well taken care of.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide professional, timely customer support via email regarding health insurance queries, claims status, and policy benefits
• Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring clarity and coordination with internal teams
• Resolve queries and complaints efficiently; escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation and data in internal systems
• Educate customers on policy terms, benefits, and process nuances, ensuring they feel informed and empowered

Requirements

Experience:

• Preferred: 1+ years in customer service, ideally in health insurance or related sectors
• Familiarity with health claims and insurance workflows is a plus

Education:

• Graduation in any stream
• Preferred: B.Sc., BCom, B. Pharma, or Healthcare Management

Technology Proficiency:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Exposure to customer service software/CRMs
