The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the complete recruitment lifecycle and have a proven track record of hiring for various non-IT positions across industries. Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across various departments. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and expectations. Maintain and update the recruitment database on a regular basis. Ensure timely closures of open positions and meet hiring targets. Conduct reference checks and ensure proper documentation before onboarding. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment. Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be a male candidate, as per the role requirement. Should be available for immediate joining.
