Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across industries such as sales, marketing, finance, HR, operations, customer service, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to talent acquisition . Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment life cycle for non-IT roles from sourcing to onboarding. Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements by collaborating with hiring managers. Source candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, databases, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups. Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and reports regularly. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor hiring strategies. Required Skills: Proven experience in non-IT recruitment (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc.) Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Proficient in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Job Type : 6 Months ( Contractual)Mode of Work : WFO ( 5 days a week)
